Left over WW points

I'm only on day 2 of ww. Yesterday I had 2 points left over and today I will have 3.

I haven't intended not to eat them all I just havent needed to.

What happens to them? Do I just let them go? Do I make myself eat more?

Or can I save them for the weekend?

Any advice greatly appreciated

    You can save up to 4pts per day and use them if you go over other days or have a night out/take-away/btl wine/choc treat etc. You can only bank them for a week from one weigh-in to the next, then you start afresh

    Also you can only use a maximum of 12 saved points a week although I think exercise points are additional.

    I just don't get this! I was starving on WW although I did lose 10lbs in a few weeks on it. How did you put on weight in the first place??

    Several reasons really.

    I changed form a really active job to one with little activity but didn't adapt my diet to suit.

    I gave up smoking and appear to have swopped 1 addiction for another.

    I have a really unhealthy relationship with food and have done so since a child starting with my mum putting me on a diet aged 7 ?when all I had was a little puppy fat.

    That added to the fact I have had eating disorders varying from bulimia/anorexia to down right over eating.......I don't really stand a chance do I.

    I'm hoping the discipline with WW will give me some control back.

    I'm another one who never has any trouble eating all those points, but if you can save a few up, well done, you must be making very wise choices and being very disciplined . You can save a few up (I think it's up to 4 per day) and then treat yourself later on in the week ?

    I struggle to eat all of mine, especially on days when I'm not eating processed or prepacked food. I'm trying to bulk up my meals with good stuff that contains points (like fruit, sweetcorn, avocado, olives etc) and not use them on treats.

    I try to aim to 2 points less than my allowance a day anyway so I have room for going off the rails at the weekend!
