Leftover Roast Lamb - what would you do with it?

Donna N, 27 October, 2008 at 14:04 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 6

Any ideas please?

I'd eat it cold straight from the fridge. Sarnies, pittas?

With couscous and roasted veg, cumin, coriander, harissa?

As Lady Flaf says - big chunks of it just stolen at random from its tinfoil parcel ? Sometimes I dip them in mayonnaise as well ?

I'd do a shepherds pie or a curry.

I'd either stirfry it in onion and spices, and serve in pittas with a feta salad

or cold with bubble and squeak. one of my absolute favourite meals ?
