I wanted and was >< close to buying:

    papillon by jenny packham

    but ended up getting:

a pic of me in isola by augusta jones (photo taken by eliza claire photography on my treasure the dress shoot!)

tina teaspoon, i can't see your dress - which one is it?

    some lovely dresses on here.

Kooks, I love your dress, and theycallmelaura's.

This is the dress I always wanted and with me trying it on (I'm stood on a box, I'm a midget really!)

and this is the one I bought (don't have a photo of the model as it looks nothing like on the website as removed lace jacket, changed tosweetheart neckline and added a sash!)

    My fittings

    and me on the day

Really?! Jeez! The one I tried on in Berketex Brides was soooo similar and was over my budget at £1375!!!

I'll go investigate cause I'd rather save and spend the money elsewhere.

    Thank you!! xxx

I'm having it in ivory, but to be honest there isn't a huge amount of difference in the shades.

I will warn you if you try it on you will want to buy it. I ooomed and aaarghed for about 3 weeks because of the price as i didn't feel i could justify spending that much money. But once i put it on again in another shop i just knew it was THE ONE!!!

This is the dress I was really close to ordering

Then I tried on this one and there was no choice to make as it was THE one, it is also completely different to anything I thought I would for but if you can't dress like princess on your wedding day when can you ?

    Whoop! Love this thread!!

Ok, I started out wanting to make my own dress based on this:

THEN I freaked out about making my own dress, went browsing online and fell in love with this:

THHEEEEEENNN I went dress shopping, tried on 20-odd gowns and ended up in this (this is me in it):

    Ah thank you!

The first one was my Forget Me Not and it was called Jennifer and comes with a lace bolero http://www.forgetmenotdesigns.co.uk/signature-collection/signature-home.html (I've just seen they do a dress called LouLouBelle too!!!!)

My dress was called Niceas from Rosa Clara, a Spanish company. Their website is hard to navigate and it looks nothing like it did on the website as it had a backwards lace jacket!

If it's lace dresses you like, this old thread might help https://www.hitched.co.uk/Chat/forums/t/36327.aspx?PageIndex=1
