To be honest I never really looked and bought the first one I tried on!!! These threads always give me wobbles!!!

This is it minus the hoop which it definitely needs... excuse the lack of makeup!

It's lovely Mrs C - and no need for wobbles - you can tell by your expression it's obviously 'the one'!

Did you decide to get similar flowers for you hair in the end?

Well, if I REALLY had to go through every dress I thought was THE ONE, we'd go into next page! Here's a summary:

Plus Maggie Sottero's Brianna, Hilary, Layne, Aria then this is what I am ordering next month:

    Thanks x ?

I think I will order some, I am gradually deciding against a veil and tiara!!! I tried on my friends veil and it made me feel really claustrophobic!!!

    Wow - stunning dresses....

    i'm a little boring lol....

I tried on lots of dresses where I live, and found a designer I loved, however, no one stocked the dress I fell in love with.....

    This one

It is off white crushed taffeta gown and is perfect.... the straps are detachable so will not be wearing them.....

Am so so excited. I put it on at least once a week, and can not wait to get married.....

Oh I know that hollywood dream dress anywhere!! lol, me and Cass2k are also hollywood dream b2b!!! and honestly nothing else compares if you love hollywood dreams dresses.

I have Odette, and Adore it, (in white though). totally over what my sister and bil were thinking of paying (they didnt say I had a budget as such but were thinking max £1500 I think lol) and then I tried this on recommend by the shop assistant and I was like WOW!!!!! my amazing bil wheeled and dealed and first it was gonna cost + £3000!!! but for half cash up front and half when im measured in jan 2011 I got £600 off!!!! (and thats including made to measure!)

so shop around, and SOO many people sell them second hand, which I looked into as it wouldnt bother me personally wearing a second hand dried cleaned dress as I love them soooooo much.

    xxxxxxx

By stopping being so stubborn-it didnt matter how many times i tried on the same dress it just didnt suit me....☹️

so i had to be a little more open minded and tried on the eden dress and just loved it on!!

ordered it this morning in fact!

I started off knowing mainly what I didn't want, I didn't want strapless no matter what!

    I wanted something like this

I went along to the first shop and found that this style did not suit me, sadly it made me look a little like a lolly pop.

I also found that only one style of dress really suited me, strapless mermaid/fishtail... not what I'd been dreaming about...

However 5 shops later I found my dream dress, it was only in the shop for the weekend on trial by the designer..

It's nothing like I wanted but it fits beautifully and look so pretty

I adored this Ian Stewart number and I was adament it was the one

But then I tried on this pronovias number and fell in love so I bought it - well my dad did - this is the gown I will be wearing in 9 months time you can barely see the detail on the dress but its full of beading crystals and little pearls its simply stunning.

How sweet and thank you. I go for my first fitting in 3 weeks so I will flash the results. I still need a bit of convincing that I will look any good in it though!
