Libya

There's nothing positive in the news at the moment. It's scary thinking about the possible places our troops could be especially as my baby brother is in the RAF and I'm terrified that something will happen to him. I know I'm not the only one with family in the armed forced and I feel for everybody in that situation.

It's really depressing.

Yep especially as we have just disarmed a ship as well.. tis very worrying more so as my bil is in army and as yet not posted anywhere.. lets hope it settles down soon..

To be fair, its not just us chucking the rocks

Both me, my H and my brother are in the forces. He alredy had to work last night at late notice after working the whole day. Our Armed forces are getting smaller due to money but that doesn't stop our commitments. Been watching the news and it doesn't look good, but I guess all we can do is wait and see. Ypour right tho, it is depressing.

I'm totally in awe of anyone who is in the armed forces. It takes a lot to defend your country, I just hope that everyone still out fighting gets back safely. Sadly that's unlikely to happen.

I really wish that I had it in me to drop everything and go and volunteer to take aid to wherever there's a tragedy in the world.
