Greenwich is lovely, has a feeling of the lanes in brighton, a bit quirky and then you could always go for a wander to the observatory. hth x

I discovered Marylebone High street last year whilst trying to escape the crowds in Oxford Street. It's lovely with interesting places to eat & lovely independent shops

There is also Bonnington Arcade off Regent Street (I think) - lots of quirky independent boutiques & jewellry shops

I love the cafe on the corner near Waitrose - perfect for people watching.

Also thinking about it, when I worked in Mayfair there was a place near Berkley Sq (Curzon St I think?) that was little shops & places to eat, another people watching place.
