Look what my very talented Mother in law has done for us!!

She's always painting and doing pottery stuff, so when I saw it in her art room at hers and said I liked it she said I could have it when it was finished - Awesome! We have 3 other pictures in the house that she has done for us - One of Chinese lanterns, one of my H2B's family home (I love this, complete with their 3 x 18 year old cats in view, although one has since passed ) and one of a cockerel which she did for my birthday earlier in the year. Oh she also made us a plaque of a welsh dragon as we now live in Wales.

The boat scene isn't anywhere we've visited, I'm not sure it's a real place. She 'copied' it from a greetings card she bought when we went to a local icecream farm and liked it.

Ooo i like that, ive never worked with acrylics before, got a set for xmas once but just couldnt get my head around them........
