Looking for hen party cottage

nofavours, 2 July, 2009 at 22:17 Posted on Planning 0 1

Has anyone had/been to a hen weekend in a cottage in the south of England? I'm looking for a nice country cottage for about 12 people, preferably Sussex but can be flexible. It's at the end of September - lots of places already booked up, eek! Just wondered if anyone had any personal recommendations - I'm getting bored of googling. Thank you.

We use english country cottages when ever we go away and have always found them to be really good, they have hundreds of cottages on their website all over the place. The schools will all be back by then to so hopefull they should have something and should be a bit cheaper that time of year.

Going through a site like English Country Cottages or Cottages 4 U is a good bet or just google Sussex Cottages and you will come up with some smaller, more local agencies or even specific places. Also try the Sussex Tourist Board website.

This website is also good for looking for bigger properties:http://www.thebigdomain.com/

Not in Sussex but a friend of a friend had her hen party in this fab looking place: www.sleeps12.com
