Looking for updated reviews for Smooch Wedding Rings

Yes we used Smooch. The girl came to our house (turns out we have mutual friends/colleagues) and we tried lots of rings and bought both our wedding rings. They arrived 2.5months later ? definitely recommend

I'm an admin at "wedding scammers" on Facebook. We find Smooch reviews tend to be OK. I think they are a franchise, so reviews for one area may not be relevant in another area. I can only remember one complaint.

We ordered our rings through Smooch. We met the lady at a wedding fair back in September 2017. We booked a consultation with her for a couple of weeks later.

She came to our house with lots of jewellery boxes & different styles of rings. She went through all the options with us & how we could bespoke any of the rings shown or create our own style using ideas from those they had.

The lady told us that as were aren't getting married until April 2019 (now only 7 weeks away), we could order our rings by paying a deposit there & then & then a monthly direct debit. The last direct debit gets collected around 10 week before the wedding & rings are sent out to us 2 weeks after the final direct debit has collected.

We ordered our rings during the consultation. A couple of hours later I had a funny feeling about my ring choice & wasn't sure it was what I really wanted. I hadn't been pressured into making a decision, I just got a bit swept away. I thought if I'm unsure about it a couple of hours after placing the order, how would I feel once it arrived over a year later.

So I contacted our lady & explained how I was feeling. She was so very helpful. She arranged to come back the next weekend & with all of her jewellery boxes again & I could go back through what they had. I changed my order to something I am so, so happy with now. The office were great at updating our order & the direct debit as my new choice ring was a bit cheaper than the original one I had one for.

I am pleased to say our rings arrived this weekend. Our final payment went out on 15/02/2019 & we had a text on Tuesday last week to say the rings would be delivered by special delivery by 1pm on Saturday.

The rings are both exactly what we wanted. The quality looks great. The fit is perfect. We found the whole process from consultation to ordering to changing an order & then finally receiving the rings faultless.

One of my favourite things was being able to try on lots of different styles & being able to do it in our own home.
