Loose two stone in 4/5 months

I would really like to loose two stone before I go and look at dresses. Is that do able in that time?

Definitely! Slimming world is a good diet for that goal, or just calorie counting via MyFitnessPal. With frequent moderate exercise, Id say thats very do-able.

Definitely. I have lost 24 pounds since January just by calorie counting. Could have lost a bit more but I now have my dress so have to stay as is!

Depends how overweight you are really. Yes it's doable, but it might not be healthy if you are on the slim side. It's about 1.5lb a week so should be OK if you have that amount to lose. Good luck!! x
