Need to lose 2 and a half stone for my day

    Have you tried MY Food? I'm on one of there plans at the moment, it's real food and I've lost 8lb in 14 days. I love it!

    Losing weight is not easy their has to complete control on diet and must be regular in excise. Following are some tips that would help in losing weight.

    1. Do exercise like running, cycling or swimming everyday early in the morning

    2. Eat fruits or fruit juice in breakfast

    3. Eat less and drink more

    4. Stop eating oily food and food containing cholesterol

    Try dukan diet, high protein, low carb, gets bit boring but lost 9lb in 4 weeks : ) I wish it was more but haven't done much exercise - MUST MOVEMORESmiley sad Good luckmy fellow dieting friend, if you find any magic cures let me know ; )

    I have a pretty basic diet that me and my friends from work really try to stick to each day, it just means no afternoon coffee and cake break. For starters we decided to do the no or very little carb thing, which means no pasta, rice or potatoes.. it was pretty tough at first but you get used to it. Then we were told not to eat fruit after lunch time (that sounded quite dumb.. it's fruit), aparently the high sugar content in fruit can affect your weight loss goals. Then we aimed to eat more fresh veggies each day (i won't say more.. obvious point). And finally we just needed to do a little exercise each day so we decided on a long lunch time walk together, its really fun and we talk nonstop. So far it seems to be working quite well, everyone has said they have lost weight. Best luck to you!

    I am on day 28 of Tracy Anderson's 30 day boot-camp.I have lost 7kgs. I have gained shapes I never thought I'd have. I no longer have saggy arms and tummy. It is hard work but SO worth it. I have 82 days until our party and just 2 kgs to go.

    Really,You are right, actually by swimming,running and regular exercise can make you slim.

    Hi,

    The best way to reduce your weight is do some workout like little weight lifting this will use your body glucose and then do your aerobics, as your body glucose is been used the only energy source in your body is fats so it will be used eventually u been slimmer so first do workout and then any kind of aerobics and do reply for your result.

    Swimming is apparently the best.
