Can anyone help? My scrapbook photos all there week of 9.2.15 when showed a friend what great app hitch is. Gone in today to look at a pic and they gone! I'm devo'd. Ok I can look for new, but not the point. All my other data - budget, guest list etc all fine, just pictures. Please help

Sorry to hear you're having problems retrieving your scrapbook photos. Can I check that you had Internet connection or mobile data when you were trying to view your pictures?

What mobile phone are you using?

When was the last time you added a photo and looked at your pictures?

Have you logged on to the full website online to see your photos ?
