I needed a low back bra and really struggled but went with the wonderbra strapless one which is quite low, i found for very low backs its mostly corset style ones or adjuster straps! Sorry not much help but thought id share what i found x

Hi Sal, I would recommend going to your nearest branch of Leia for a proper fitting. I've had to go up a cup size to get the right fit on mine. Bravissimo website is good for larger ladies, and they have a few branches around the UK. I would think you will probably end up with a multiway bra if you need the low back.

    Good luck?

I got a fab bra (Calvin Klein) in House of Fraser that was low back and very very comfortable for a strapless bra! I'm not quite as large as you, needed a D, but I'm sure they do bigger sizes. The sales women were brilliant help too! The other option I looked at was the Ultimo Low Back range. HTH!

Im going to a lingerie shop in my home town which do strapless bras that goes to a very large size, and she said that strapless bras are made so that once they are on, you can pull the back down as far as you like to match your dress. I shall be testing this when I get my dress as its quite low in the back!!

I repeat what others have said, go to a specialist shop, and be measured/buy the bra in the same place. Bravisimo do go to a size 42 and have most cup sizes. (im a 46e so over the sizing for them which is frustrating!)

    good luck:-)
