I have a sudden urge for pizza tomorrow night for dinner. Has anyone got a good recipe for an (easy) low fat pizza base recipe ? I've only made pizza dough in a bread amchine before and that used oil ( and the machine is broken now !) so it needs to be simple.
I have seen 'recipes' using pitta bread as a base or tortillas x2 as bases. Has anyone tried these and found them good substitutes.

P.s dont mind if its WW/ slimming world or any other lowfat. Not following a diet just eating more healthily and hoping some weight will come off too !
