Lunch...help!

I want lunch...i have sainsburys and a microwave at my disposal. Healthy, not too expensive and nice...any ideas?

I am having shepherds pie (made with leftover lamb - thanks Cricks!) for dinner so no potatoes....

    Ahhh bum...ermmm with no carbs im finding it hard to suggest anything except salads lol

    I can have some carbs, just not loads.

    I'm thinking maybe soup. the weather is terrible outside so I might end up going downstairs to the cafe and getting something from there. Rubbish.

    Tin of tuna, can of chopped toms and a microwave packet of veg.

    Tuna and toms in a bowl, mix together (with some chilli powder if you have it), quick blast in the microwave, and cook the veg and away you go.

    This will do two lunches for me, and I'm a bloke that eats a lot !

    Cheap, tasty and quick and easy at work, not to mention probably one of the healthiest options there !

    Coud always buy a pre cooked chicken and crumbel that into a pre bougth salad
