Recently we've been thinking about music for our ceremony, blessing etc. We think we're almost at our shortlist we want.

Just listening to a random internet radio station at work and one of "our songs" has come on. Couldn't concentrate on work so I'm taking a 3 minute break (hey it's lunchtime anyway) to listen to it.

Had to explain to my colleague why I'm smiling.

Nice when these little things happen unexpectedly isn't it?

Awww bless you! Don't think my H2B would even notice?

Although he is currently sulking because our 'anniversary' of when we got together is 27th May and our wedding is 18th June this year. I said I couldn't be bothered to celebrate our 'old' anniversary as we'll be making a new anniversary and after that we'll only celebrate one. He's gone off in a huff because he thought after we get married we'll be celebrating TWO anniversaries as 'it's nice to remember anniversaries'... I'm really not fussed though!

... all then cancelled out by a groomzilla moment when I find out that there's a wedding in our venue on the day before ours which means we won't be able to set up the room until the morning of the wedding rather than the evening before.

How dare someone else pick our venue to get married in !!!!!!

Ah, you picked the wrong date AJ! We're getting married on 2nd April, there's no wedding on the Friday because nobody wants to get married on April Fool's Day!

To be fair the couple are totally insane... I think all the guests are dressing up as fools or it may just be the bride and groom
