Rant. Made an enquiry on a website.. 5mins later get a very lengthy reply but it's blatently a stock 'copy and paste' reply which wipes them off my shortlist completely. Annoys me when people can't be bothered to actually read an enquiry properly and send a personalised reply!

His email even contained the phrase 'you were wise to make your enquiry as to my availabilty for 2nd March this early - these timeslots and my calendar of events does fill up rapidly' It's 3 weeks away you muppet ?

I am so tempted to reply and absolutley pick his email to shreds but I can't be arsed!!

But seriously, even the terminology of saying about his 'timeslots' doesn't exactly make you feel like you are valued as an individual customer. Makes it sound like making a doctors appt!!

I've booked a guy called Mike Stoner in Berkshire for £225.00 for 2 hours, I was able to barter him down a little from his original quote so he may be worth a go as it's a late booking?

We had a really good one for our works do - but he quoted £ 500 for 2 hrs!!!

Funny enough, I've contacted him, he does seem like a great guy, he's got another booking on our date in the evening so has offered us a discount rate but he would have to be gone by 6pm whereas I'm looking for something from about 6.30-8.30.
