I'm a bit confused. Do you mean you are having other bridesmaids, are they children?

If she's married, she'd be called "Matron of honour". Will all your other bridesmaids be sitting at the top table? If so and you definitely can't fit her, then speak with her now and explain how you want her involved and to play an important roll, but no matter how you've tried to rearrange the seating, you can't see a way to add another to the top table and would she be okay sitting with her family.

I'm sure she'll be fine about it as long as you approach it right.

If none of your bridesmaids are at the top table, then it shouldn't be an issue. At SIL2B's wedding, all us bridesmaids sat at different tables with friends and it was nice.

Ah, righto. Well it sounds like a lovely idea to me, a nice way of showing her she is a special part of your day.

I don't think you need to worry about if you can or can't do it, it's entirely up to you, as long as she is comfortable with it of course.

Just one thing though, how will people know she is your MOH, as she is not wearing a bridesmaid dress or sitting at the top table etc? Will she walk in with you and the bridesmaids? Will she have flowers?
