We are getting married this Summer and booked as a late availability so everything is very much in action! I am yet to find a make up artist or know what a typical cost for one is. Our venue is in Shifnal in Telford, is there are any local reccomendations that would be very much appreciated.

I haven't any recommendations for you, I'm sorry I'm in South Yorkshire, but I've been quoted around £150 for makeup and the same again for hair from most vendors.

My MUA does both hair and make up... and does both really well! She's in the West Country tho so not much help in Telford! She charges £180 for hair and makeup for the Bride including trial- very reasonable I thought given some people's quotes!

I found her through a regional wedding page on Facebook- might be worth a look- just be sure to check actual websites and independent reviews before you book anyone! Good luck!

For me, it's £40 each for hair (with my regular hairdresser) and then my makeup is £90

I'm based in Solihull, south of Birmingham.

I'm in South Yorkshire so can't make any recommendations. But I have someone doing mine for £40 each for me and my bridesmaid! So definitely ask around. The lady I have came recommend by a friend. But I've found posting on local selling pages on Facebook got me lots of good recommendations for other aspects. Good luck! Xx
