    Hello Smiley smile

If you don't wear make up but want to feel a bit more special you can get a really natural look and keep it as simple as possible.

If you'd rather go without though you shouldn't feel any pressure to. Personally I envy you being able to go natural I don't have the skin for it at all haha!

Helloo!! I have never worn makeup! So I'm having the same dilemma, but I think very natural makeup won't make you look like a different person, will enhance your features, but not too much if you don't want it to be. And I think photos help for high resolution, close up photos!

I have been to a couple of makeup stalls, made it clear that I NEVER wear make up, and they all suggest doing it really simple, not a lot, and natural. You can also have a couple of trials and see how you like it?

I wouldnt go without make up... if there is any day ever to doll up and look the best you can its your wedding but you dont need to be OTT if thats not your style (I dont tend to wear make up either by the way)

I suggest trying bare mineral powder... you can have trails at places like boots and they are very natural, light and dont block pore but evens skin tone, a good make up artist should be able to do you a good natural look if you fancy getting it professionally done

I've posted similar comments on thread like this, as I'm keen to get advice for myself, sorry that doesn't help you though.

I have really sensitive skin and on the rare occasions that I do war make up I do lips and eyes only, never a full face (except for theatre productions when I have to but that's a whole different ball game, plays havoc with my skin and I definitely don't want to be that 'painted' on my wedding day).

My OH always says he prefers me without make up, so I am tempted to stick to my routine and just do eyes and lips on the day. However I also have a really red and slightly blotchy complexion and feel self conscious about it, so I worry about that for the photos.

Splashing out on paying a make up artist definitely isn't my thing, but I am wondering whether to go au natural, or whether to use my wedding as an excuse to splash out on some products I wouldn't ordinarily pay for to try to create an even skin tone. I can use the products again and again as well as being happy with my photos, so I see this as less of a waste than paying a MUA. Still undecided though and completely clueless as to where to go and what to buy, so I guess I'll be spending my free time feeling like a fish out of water in department store cosmetic counters till I find the answer!

    Hey girls,

Thanks for all the lovely advice. I think i am going to have some trials and see what its like with the natural look, i guess i wanna look good in the photos as i dont wanna look back on them in a few years time and be like 'oh i wish i had wore make up. Lool at my skin ' and all that.

I just need to find a decent make up artist who knows what they are talking about haha

This is a hard choice if your so use to not wearing make up but i guess a little bit of it isnt going to harm and not change what you look like Smiley smile

Again thanks for the help girlies !!
