making own invitations

I have sent out my STD's, and decided on my invites, well i thought i had decided. At the back of my mind it was always naggin away at me thatthey dont mnatch in any way shape or form, on giving out an STD to a fab friend she commented how fab they were and asked if invites would match , listing loads of reasns why they should (NOT helping the nag at back there)

Anyhoo i have emailed the invite lady and asked if she can make any to match, as the STD came from an ebay seller, she has said she will see what shew can do BUT didnt really hold out much hope as STD's are very dark background, plus she cant copy someone elses design (unless its from a public place/program but as there are zillions iots hard to find where STD lady got the design from). I emailed STD seller and asked if she did invites which she did andi bought a sample - BORING, the front is exactly the same as STD but the invites themselves are just like birthday card style - not what i want at all.

I want pocketfolds, with space for 3/4 inserts.

I am absiolutely dire with anything crafty, i need a ruler to draw matchstick men but i have this idea that it cant be that dificult to do my own.........i am guessing it is

Has anyone NON-CRAFTY made their own pocketfold with insert type invites? IS it easy? Can you buy the pocket fold already made?

Thought i could buy invite from STD person, and just cut it and stick the front to the inside of the pocketfold and then have inserts with a border type thing............

Yay or Nay? LOL

We're getting ours pre-cut from PDA card and craft. All we have to do it stick it together and put the inserts in (for which we're just buying complimentary card)

I have ordered my pocketfolds from cards and pockets. Depending on your budget you can just order the pockets and card for inserts or they offer a printing service too! Waiting for mine to arrive, can't wait!
