    Hi

I am getting married on 21st March.

I need to have my dress and the bridesmaids' dresses altered. Apart from decorations and paying for it we are all done I think. How about you? xx

Meeeee!! (Well us ha) we are pretty much done apart from the flowers and bridesmaid shrugs. I had bought some shrugs but realised they are not quite right. Flowers my mum is doing so we are going to a wholesaler nearer the time and just buying what is in season Smiley smile

    Omg I'm so far behind.
Still need to buy my bridesmaid dresses,
    and my shoes,
    and choose the centre pieces
    and make the favours.

    So so stressed.

28 th march for us, it's a small wedding only 30 people and so far stress free!!

I've made my button bouquet and also the ladies button holes. Lots still to do but I'll pick up the pace after new year. X

Try not to be! We booked ours with less than 6 months to go - but I decided I was going to be super organised as that was the only way it wouldn't completely overwhelm me so sorted a lot of things quite quickly.

I got my shoes from good old M & S! Just got a nude pair of high heels from there - spent the budget elsewhere and I'm not that fussed by shoes as no one will see them anyway! I fell in love with a beautiful pair of Benjamin Adams shoes, but then my dress was over budget so shoe budget was dramatically reduced!!

Do you know what sort of thing you want for your bridesmaid dresses?

I've chosen the BM dresses but just need to order them
I'm not fussed about shoes either, so will just get some plain shoes and funk them up a bit
I'm a bit of a control freak so I won't let anyone else do anything which I know I should be getting help but I worry if I haven't done stuff myself.
We have chosen to spend a big chunk of our budget on our honeymoon as it will be our first holiday abroad together.

How's everyone doing? I think we are pretty much sorted... The only thing we haven't got is our cake topper which I'm still trying to source. Eek!

We have stuff that is definitely not sorted.

Transport, music...pretty sure there are some other things. However, meh, the main bits are sorted. We're all wearing clothes (yay!), have a church, reception, etc. ?

    Hi March 2015 brides!

If any of you have not thought about having your Wedding Day filmed until the last minute, I have some free dates left in March and would be willing to give some extreme discounts to anyone who would like to book.

Take a look at my site (in my signature) and if you like my style of work then we'll be able to come to a last-minute price agreement I'm sure.

    Happy last-minute planning! ?

    Andy

Well I am back having now been married for 10 days and just returned off honeymoon! I am jealous of you all with it still to come - it was genuinely the best day of my life. Just to have all family in friends together in one place for you is such an amazing feeling. It was a very emotional day for me - cried all morning at the slightest thing but as soon as I was in the car with my dad on the way to the church I immediately felt very calm, content and couldn't wait to see my husband (!!) at the end of the aisle. If I could give any advice it would be to not worry and just go with the flow of the day. There are likely things which may go wrong, we were away for pretty much the whole drinks reception having pictures done - the time just flew by and before we knew it we were needed for the receiving line! Enjoy every second of the day and make sure to take a step back and take it all in, I have some vivid memories where I did this but everything else is a bit of a blur!!

I married on 14 March and everything was done by the time I walked down the aisle. The order of service and music was sorted out Friday night.

The day itself went off without a hitch and was gorgeous.

I think I'm sorted now. All I have left to do is make a photo collage!

Has anyone thought about throwing their bouquet? It's only just occurred to me, and I don't know at what point in the day I'd do it...

    9 days to go

I have woken up with a mega cough ☹️

I would likely knock someone out if I threw my bouquet as its made of buttons and brooches and cogs but was thinking of making a little one with gyp to throw......

I should be done but I keep adding little extras on and making myself more work

    Hows everyone else doing? xoxo
