Marryoke?

Does anyone have any experience of these? I saw a couple on you tube and I sooooo want to get one done. If anyone hasn't heard of them, its a video of your guests miming along to a popular song.

I thought it would be great fun to have done before the WB to keep everyone occupied, and to have a fab keepsake for everyone.

Or it could be cheesy and massively annoying for everyone, and only me that thinks it's great. Any thoughts?

I think some might have a great time, others may go along with it and be glad they did, and a third lot may be cringing and cursing me. It may well end up with just me and my group of close friends on it ?

Sounds like more of a hen event than a wedding day thing to me.

Can't say it appeals to me, sorry.

Maybe, if I was hammered (I love drunken karaoke - it's what I'm doing for my hen night). But even then I'm not sure I'd want to be torn away from the wedding celebrations/party and what if not everyone knows/likes the song?

That is what we are having. The video guy recommended it and we thought it would be fun having all the guests sing an elvis song (all our tables are named after elvis songs lol)

I know its cheesy but thought it would be a laugh x

Oooh, I'm having second thoughts now. I love the idea, but I think perhaps my evening guests would be much more up for it than the day time guests. Which would basically mean a very expensive video of my hammered workmates! ?
