By "water on the heart", do you mean pericardial effusion? It's where the bag that srrounds the heart (the pericardium), fills with fluid rather like a blister. It can cause very severe problems, but can also easily be drained & dealt with.

As for bile ... no idea!

No idea about water on the heart but I do know that bile is produced in the bile duct which connects the liver and if these ducts become clogged up with bile then it can cause liver failure.

At least I thought that was how it works.

But they can put medical balloons of sorts in the ducts to keep them open.

And bile in the stomach is ok - most of us will have had the charming experience of vomiting it up at some point during a bug.The only reason I can think of that it would kill you is if it were there because of obstruction of the bowel that wasn't treated.
