When we were choosing our photographer we invited three to come over and talk to us so that we could get a feel for them as well as their work.
Is it ok to ask to meet up with videographers too? They'll be with us all day as well so I want to make sure that it's somebody that we feel comfortable with, but I realise they won't be talking to us anywhere near as much as the photographer.
Did you meet up with videographers or am I being too awkward?
