Mel - The jewel Factory

Just been reading through the discussions and I noticed that people have been having problems with the Jewel Factory. I ordered a tiara, a necklace, a bracelet and a pair of earrings in November and paid at the same time. 90% of my emails were unanswered and all my messages left on the answer manchine were totally ignored. By the time February had arrived, iIthreatened her with the debt collection agency I use at work and that did the trick. She said her emails had been playing up (yeah right) and she had posted the items out weeks ago and she was sure I would receive them the next day. I did, proberly because the postage mark was the day before. The items are lovely and this lady could have a brilliant business if only she could be bothered to do some work. BEWARE!!!!
