Does anyone possess a Samsung c3050?

I have one and I'm with o2 and for the life of me cannot get the web or the picture messaging to work at all. 02 have sent me countless text messages with information but nothing seems to work.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me out, if they have one?

I had a similar problem with my Nokia. A visit (2nd visit actually) to a Tmobile shop sorted it out. They phoned somewhere techie who did something that fixed it. Try visiting an O2 shop with it.

Ive had two different phones *not the same as yours* with o2 & the pic msgs NEVER work.... Ive just kinda given up.

My sister with with O2 and she also is unable to recieve picture messages. Although she's never been bothered enough to get it checked out.
