I also have my slippers on, big white fluffy ones.

Well my kids are choked with the cold so we're having a duvet day, currently all tucked up in my bed, kids are watching toys story dvd and I am having a wee nose around the boards, shame the kids are ill but you can't beat a duvet day!

I'm am the same, it's natural etc but I really don't like it, have you experienced being given them as a gift yet? Last one we were "given" was half alive and running around my kitchen,I was very unimpressed to say the least.

Nope i have no idea what he does with them. I was wondering around in my slippers and hoping it was leaves I was standing on and not a mousey...... he drops them, lets them run then catches them again. The bunny we tried to hide over the fence has also been unearthed too..... dont know what happened there. The great outdoors can be so cruel! I prefer them when they are living tbh! Guess thats what happens when you're surrounded by fields...

as long as he doesnt try anything bigger than a mouse! He was feeling braver walking closer to next doors Scottie dog though and the dog didnt even bark. I wonder if they have secretly become friends? lololol......

I'm sitting here reading Ideal Home Magazine and drooling and wishing I had millions of pounds, lolol. Their forum doesnt look as much fun as here though lol.

The biggest thing we've had was a bird, I think it was a sparrow. Also in the spring/early summer my cats are a nightmare for disturbing the nests that are in the bushes, this year they caught a fledgling blackbird, I hope it fell from the nest and that they didn't actually remove it. We are regularly woken up by mother birds squaking at them in the spring, I think they work as a tag team! Have actually witnessed the parent blackbirds swooping down at the cats to scare them off, but don't think it works, just wish they would nest elsewhere for their own good.

How can something with such a killer instinct be so cute at the same time lol!?!

We also have two dogs, collies, and they are scared of our cats, my cats definately rule the roost!

    Hi Teehee,

Nope, we are both from the UK (in fact he comes on here quite a lot too - groomwithaview!) and getting married back in the UK too. We are out here for a change of lifestyle and loving it! Heres a nice picture - not quite the same view as from my office - but not far off!

Yep, I guess I am very lucky - he was coming on here long before me! I dont know how I'd have coped organising a wedding with a groom who wasn't interested - he's done tonnes of stuff! In fact right now he's looking for some net fairy lighting to hang on the ceiling and look like stars Smiley smile
