I'd go silver, but it depends what your colour scheme is as she won't want to clash!

My mum make fascinators and generally when she is set this type of questions, she asks what colour are the shoes and bag, if they are cream you could go for plain cream, or add the purple into the mix, again the same with black etc

My mum has this outfit too!

She had a nightmare trying to find a bag & shoes to match. She has the Alexon hat to match it and in the end got pewter coloured shoes & bag from Hobbs.

What she ended up doing was carrying the spare button from the bolero to find contrasting accessories. We found lots of things we thought would go, didn't in the end because it's not pink, but it's not purple either!

Its a beautiful dress isn't it? i love the matching bag alexon have on their website too! think we will have to take the button with us and see what we can get to match...mum reckons she'd kill herself in them heels(personally i love them!) especially after a few drinkies!! x
