Moving iPod music to iTunes - can anyone help please

What ipod do you have? I think you can only do it if your ipod has the capability to be used as a harddrive. The first model able to do this was the video ipod. When my harddrive crashed I downloaded a walkthrough of how to do it from the ipod lounge. This will take you through it step by step. It'll look like gobbledygook when you start but it's because the ipod doesn't store the music in any obvious order. However once you re-import all your files itunes will automatically sort it for you.

Thanks. I have the iPod nano the square one with colour screen.

I would imagine that would be ok but check on that link as it lists compatible models. Good luck!
