Mum being fussy about hair accessories!!!

kj82, 15 January, 2010 at 21:30 Posted on Planning 0 7

Hey ladies,

mum has a 'vision in her mind' of the perfect hair accessory for the wedding.

Shes having a french pleat like this (nicked pic from google! Smiley smile

She wants a long comb with a strip of diamontes along it where the flowers on this girl are. Nothing I find is good enough ? and anything she does like isnt long enough or costs around £60. I love my mum but I wouldnt even pay £60 for a comb for my hair! lol.

Anyone have any ideas??? ta xx

    Hi,

    Do you mean like this but with diamontes instead of crystals and the comb to be longer . I do have a diamonte comb but I've given my samples to a customer to try on with her dress so can't take a picture of it until Monday.

    Or how about a hair vine as they are lovely with french pleats.

    If you want to look on my website or email me feel free. Website is www.lynseysdesigns.co.uk and email ******@**************.**.**

    I could get you

    +++++

    they are all 4 1/4" long and all under £10, or you could put spray pins along the ppleat like these https://www.3djewellery.co.uk/index_files/diamante_hairpins.htm 11th down the page

    Hello

    Please feel free to have a look at my website, if you follow this link the first bride has a french pleat with 5 pins running down the side of her hair. She wanted them prominently sticking out, but you could have them so that they run flush to the hair line but not having long wire branches. https://www.katievaledesigns.com/HappyClients.html

    You've also got a comb that I made that was worn in a similar way, with it running along the side of a pleat with bits sticking out at the top.

    If you need any further information please feel free to email me & I'll be able to help you more. All my designs are hand made to order so everything can be changed to suit your Mum's needs. Hope this helps

    I did one for a mum who was having her hair like that she wanted some of it to fold over the french roll - it is the second image down on the bespoke section https://www.taximystuff.co.uk/Aboutus.htm

    The image below was for another mum who wanted the flower at the side with the pins of long diamante to be inserted randomly.
