My brain is not working - which is better Nectar points or quidco %

I would say Quidco is better as you get it as cash paid into your bank, whereas with Nectar you are limited what you can buy, unless you are already saving up for something?

Oh and if you want the maths, Quidco gives £5.60, Nectar gives 320 points worth about £2.
