Today I have been able to offer 11 kids aged 16-18 apprenticeship contracts within the NHS. I am so chuffed to be able to give these kids a chance in a world that is very difficult to get that first step on the career ladder.
I felt so happy for them after I ended each call to offer them the posts after interviewing candidates all week.
I am really looking forward to September now when they all start.
Roll on group 2!! I aim to place 80 by April!!
