No i have tried fish bowls only cos i have got 7 of the cilinder vase already.

They are gorgeous terriana-another vote for the 2nd one, and also could not tell that they're not real!

i dont know havent looked as if the fake ones didn't look good we were going to get real ones so oonly look at them with water. i may have another play with out water tomorow.

These are so simple and elegant and look stunning but would have to agree personally I prefer the second one. One thing I would suggest is you top the water upto the rim of the vase. It's a florists trick ? if you sit at eye level and the water is half full it snaps the flower(s) in view. Obviously just a suggestion enjoy playing with it until it feels right for you xx

very nice!! Simple yet very elegant! and the guests will be able to chat across the table without having to peer round it!

I vote number 2. Also, don't have coloured stuff, the plain is nicer, and plain beeds if you want them.

I love the second one but have you thought about having the water all the way to the top?
