Having put on quite a bit over christmas I vowed to start losing getting down to a healthy weight & tone up. I did well for a few months but have been lazy & eating whatever I wanted since beg of March. My partner proposed to me in the middle of March but I decided not to start again until after his birthday (end of March), easter & my birthday (20th April). So now, no more excuses. I've dug out my old weight watchers stuff & have ben looking at my friends new weight watchers stuff (luckily not many changes) so can do it without going to meetings (saving money) & using Wii fit to track my weight loss. My 1st challenge is to get to healthy BMI so my Mii doesn't sag after the weigh in!!
Looking forward to help to keep motivated & thinking I may add a weight loss tracker to my profile (or is that overkill??!!!).
