Need a bit of help with table names...

..I have 6 tables. I was going to name them after the six butterfly families (as I have a butterfly theme), but I had a re-think and I don't think my guests will even be able to pronounce them, let alone understand what it's about.. so I have decided instead that I am going to name my tables after aspects of a marriage. Like; Love, Trust, Respect, Patience... I just need 6 really nice ones. I know there are loads but need your opinions on the nicest sounding ones.

Must admit ...both ideas would work well. On the butterflies you could go for names of actual butterflies rather than families. If you avoided latin names and just used common names you'd be OK such as painted lady, chequered skipper, Adonis Blue, swallowtail, monarch etc Think i'd avoid cabbage white though!

On the love theme I can only add to your list with devotion.

Unfortunately, I still think the butterfly names will be lost on people and I've fallen for the idea of the aspects of marriage names. Not keen on the word "devotion".. I like the first 4 I have there.. just need two more!

Not sure if "Compromise" is a good word to have? I think I prefer the more spiritual sounding words.. y'know?

We were going to go for numbers but then we only have 6 tables as it's a small wedding so I wanted something a bit nicer than numbers. And it'll also help drill into H2B all the things he needs to be/do when we're married! lol! ?

I was going to go with thsi idea but my OH didnt like it. (He has no taste in anything wedding related) and my original idea was to have them all in wooden stand up letters and then they could have doubled up as favours/gifts/house ornaments afterwards!

How are you going to have them on the table?

I was gona go for somethin similar but with the words of love songs- but some of the people at work have put me off so i guess im back to boring numbers... yours are really nice ''weres a like'' button when u need it ?
