My H2B and I would really like to go on a backpack style honeymoon (minus the backpack!) to Canada. This once in a life time trip is only possible if we ask those who would like to give a gift for money/gift vouchers. We have started to look at the cost of the trip and have discovered it is much cheaper for us to book things separately rather than go through Thomas Cook for example. So my question is - is there a company that allows guests to give money towards a honeymoon but then doesn't insist on you booking things through them? The internet is a huge minefield of confusingness to me at the moment!! I have about 17 pages open at the same time and I'm just so confused!! Argh!
