The Lion King @ The Lyceum, London is amazing. I booked it as a surprise years ago for my then OH and at first he was like "Disney?" Ungrateful git.. But he was gobsmacked when he watched it, absolutely loved it. I tied it in with a weekend of activities pre-booked; Madame Tussauds, London Eye and all the usual London stuff.. including a trip to the natural history museum and Hard Rock cafe for fudz.

Planning my 4th trip to see The Lion King in the new year, it's that good.

    Helloooo,

May I throw in a couple of suggestions? How about Rock of Ages or We Will Rock You? Both a little bit of fun.

Hey guys, thanks all for your suggestions, unfortunately both myself and our son ended up in hospital this week so won't be heading off anywhere for OHs birthday other than a family meal which will be lovely but because it's his 40th I really wanted to do something special Smiley sad gutted really. Although hes none the wiser as the theatre break was a surprise for him. But thanks again for the suggestions maybe I can do it for him another time xx
