I'm still recovering from a v late night session (not really too hungover but v tired).
So far today all I've got round to eating is a banana and a bowl of branflakes, largely cos I can;t be bothered to prepare anything!
I really can't decide what I fancy eating. Need something easy to prepare, reasonably healthy (am trying to lose weight) and no meat involved (do have Quorn ham or sausages though and I eat fish.....)
Any good suggestions for easy meals to put body and soul back together again?
