Need tips on how to lose baby weight please!!! Urgently

littlelady18, 12 July, 2010 at 14:12 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 4

Ok so I cant fit into my wedding dress yet and I have 7 months to lose 3 stone!!! I been trying so hard.

I cant find another wedding dress a size up thats cheap enough so seems like I am going to have to try extra hard to lose this weight or I will just end up wearing my underwear!!! Which I really dont want/

Any tips would be useful - I do not want to go on any diet plans as they cost far too much money so I need tips for exercises that really work urm - and any healthy recipies you can think of or free diet plans aswell

thanks so much

    Hiya...

Dont dispair ! 7 months is plenty of time to get yourself into shape honestly!

I have just lost 23 pounds in the last 15 weeks with Herbalife and was so impressed with it I have now become a rep myself because this diet really does work!

I know you said that you dont want to spend money on diet plans because it costs too much, but this one is no way near as expensive as the other diets that are out there, and I will tailor the diet as much as I can to suit your needs and your budget. I have so much energy and look 100 times better than I did only April this year!! And I would certainly never have become a rep if this didnt work. What I valued most, was not the products but the support I received, they kept in contact with me every week and I did not feel I was doing it on my own! Also it made me try a bit harder knowing they were checking up on me ! Anyway, I would love to hear from you, sounds like this would make a big difference to how you feel on your special day! If you would like me to give you a call, just to tell you more about it and have a chat then please send me an email to *****.******@*******.**.** leave your number and the best time to call and I can tell you more. Would love to help you.

Really wishing you luck to achieve the weight loss in the next seven months, remember though, your hubby to be loves you for YOU. xxx

I have seen that hun, I just cant afford it. its like £60 for the kit. And £20 for a thing of powdered shake (how many shakes can you make from one tin) it may change my mind I could just buy the shake and try it for a while?

x then if its ok and I dont find that it is far too expensive I can buy the whole kit x

Expensive but a Wii Fit ... you would be amazed at what it can do. Not only helps you get fit of the extra pounds but helps you tone up too. If you can't afford one maybe one of your friends has one you can borrow? The other plus is that, as you have a new child, you can do it as and when you are free, there is no set time. Naturally I do not mean jump into all the 'hoola hoop' exercises and anything that involves large amounts of movement, that isn't a good thing to do. It does have a nice range of yoga exercises though that you can ease yourself into. In all honesty I wouldnt worry about it though. I have no idea when you had your baby but it is normal to lose up to 20 pounds in the first two weeks. It takes times for ... well, I don't need to explain it all as you know it already. It takes time for your body to shift back into its normal positions after 9 months of having a child inside of you.
