Has anyone received a delivery from them before or know whether it tends to come courier or royal mail?

    I'm sure I paid for Special Royal Mail delivery, but that was a year or so ago so I may be remembering incorrectly...

    In that case I would imagine they will send it with whoever they get the best rate with depending on weight/size etc. A bit like Amazon do, sometimes things come Royal Mail, larger things by HDL or DHL...

    My stuff came with a courier company. I think it was DHL

    In London it comes by courier (and mighty fast) - not sure about NotLondon though

    For London, their express delivery is by DHL and their same day delivery is by another bike company (Anderson Lee or something?) Never received anything from them through Royal Mail.

    I shop far too much with them...

    Thanks all. Just to let you know DHL seems to be who they use for notLondon. My item was sent this morning so should be here tomorrow or Monday which is quite good though goodness knows where dHL will send it to ?
