I am so excited - I ordered my wedding dress the other day!!! It's on delayed delivery so will take 9 months, which should be really good timing (fingers crossed for no hitches - pardon the pun!).

I am going on a healthy eating regime because I have eaten naughtily lately and really should know better - I am studying nutrition!!!

Ooooooh yes! Full on diet. Saying that I already have been for a while..... kind of! Been on Slimming World for a few months which was goiing great until I got lazy and put it all back on and I am now heavier than when I started!!! ? So, I am back on it now. I've got no plans now until Xmas so I my as well crack on with it now. You'll have to help me out girls cos my will power is fading fast! Maybe if I have to answer to everyone here I'll have some incentive to work a bit harder at it, lol.

May even do myself one of those ticker things with a countdown. I've got 3 and a half stone to lose to get to target. Anyone know of a link to a website where I can create one please?

I've lost 22 lbs so far with weight watchers and have about another 19lbs to go before the wedding!

I've kinda lost my way a bit this month with it being Christmas and all so could really do with the extra support!

Well it's not impossible. My group leader says we can all be at target by the end of next year so I don't know how true that is but we'll give it a bash eh? lol.

So I'm looking at getting married around October time (will confirm this when I find choose the venue in the new year and find out what dates they have free). Is anyone else getting married around this time? I'm trying deperately to resist dress shopping but I know there's no point yet. Doesn't hurt to drool over magazine pics though does it? lol ?

Definitely i think we worked out in group last week if you lose a lb a week its just under 4 stone a year.. thats what i aim for each week... am not stressing now till after christmas then i am really gonna be good and go for it...

Oh yes! Hadn't thought of it like that. Wow, we really could be at target by this time next year. Happy days!!

Well let me tell you what h2b said to me yesterday - he'd hate it if I was skinny and doesnt want me to go below a size 14!!!

Ooh yeah and me. I'm always gonna have a big frame so I'll never be tiny but I'd like to be a 12 again. I was a lovely 10-12 before I had my first baby then i went up a size. Then when I had my other one 5 years ago I put on 5 stone and absolutely ballooned and have been stuck at a size 18-20 ever since and I hate it, especially knowing how it feels to be thinner. Can't believe I used to be worried about my weight at that size!!!! H2B is really gorgeous to me and I know he's telling the truth when he says he loves me the way I am but I bet he'd love me better a stone or 2 lighter!! lol

Well there's definitely hope and slowly but surely will do me fine xx Weigh in tomorrow, I'll let you know what happens. I've put a real effort in this week!

So where's everyone up to with planning? I'm October-ish (no date set yet) so we're frantically looking for a venue and then to confirm a booking in the new year.

Well it's all good and I'm a happy girl tonight - I lost 3lbs at fat club, yey . Goes to show what happens when I stop being lazy and put the effort in doesn't it. Well start as I mean to go on I say, looking forward to this week coming.

Oooh May, that'll be lovely. I would like May but we can't manage it financially. I'm going for the wintery approach now and thinking about going all lovely and sparkly. Can't decide on a colour yet though, keep changing my mind!

Ahhh lots of bright colours, how gorgeous. I'm kinda stuck on Navy and Silver at the moment but also toying with the idea of Purple and Silver. Soooo difficult!! Very busy at mo, home and work. Actually working xmas day, and am at work right now.

Did pick up my bridesmaids gifts from Greenwich market when in London last weekend, silver necklaces with a butterfly hanger filled with tiny little dried forget me nots. Would have regretted not buying them.

Oh tell me about it! I may be about to sound ungrateful here and I really don't mean to be BUT............. can you believe I was bought 9 boxes of chocolates, a bottle of baileys and countless bottles of wine for Christmas!!! ? Could people really not come up with anything more original. These people all know I'm on a diet and very unhappy about my weight so why would they all buy me such fattening stuff?? Well I've slowly but surely tipped them into bowls dotted around the living room and kitchen and people can pick at them so hopefully I don't have too many.

Roll on Friday - there sees the end of the celebrations and the start of Operation Skinny Bride!!! ?
