You may know me from WP or OT but now I'm here!!!!!
I joined SW on Monday - I have put on just over a stone since November and its all v depressing so I have joined SW to shift it for good. I have done WW a few times but never seem to stick to it so I'm really excited about SW. It seems too good to be true at the moment - lean bacon and eggs for brekkie - yom!!!!
But I need to start sticking to my SS foods to speed my weightloss. But it all seems ok so far - the scales shall tell on Monday! All tips gratefully received to this SW newbie!!!!!!
