HI ladies
after giving birth to my 2nd son last week i want to focus on losing some weight, i have done slimming world before unable to make the classes they ahve on at the minute in my area, i have heard lots about RC diets and wondered if you could share your experiences and answer a few q's?
can you eat normal food- like not having to buy special RC food?
can you eat out ok?(not that i'll be eating out anytime soon with a 2yr old and a newborn lol!!)
how does it work- like WW works on points does it work on calories?
what are your experiences so far?
