    Same with me K! The wheels on my wagon have fallen off in true style starting with a cider fest on Saturday and then eating as if it was going out of fashion yesterday (I blame the 6 Nations!!).

    Right, I’m starting again this week. I went to WW last wednesday and I’m back at my starting weight! Going again on Wed and hopefully will get to update with a good first loss! I HAVE to stick to it long term this time!!

    I have been so up and down- all my clothes are different sizes and I weigh 12 stone on the scales.

    My WDress is size 10 and fits alright (well it did a few weeks ago...) so I am just gonna try and focus on improving my fitness and ignore my weight and size- it is peeing me off too much atm Smiley sad

    Sorry for being a mardarse!!

    Weighed in on Friday and lost 1.5lbs. But as I put on the week before, I've still lost the 11.5lb as before.

    Hoping I can get to a stone this week but it's not looking likely after the weekend!!

    Can you change my overall weight loss to 3 pounds please? I lost more than that then put it all back on on honeymoon, so I'd rather be honest with myself and have my net weight loss up there!

    I have put that flipping 2lb back on. Talk about yoyo dieting.

    I have an appointment with the endocrinologist on the 9th, I'm hoping that he has some answers.

    I'm on there, inbetween Cinderellabella and Canary bride,, , ?

    I'm not doing to well. I just have this over powering urge to eat, i'm sort of hoping it's my thyroid but if it is i'm going to have to have a 2nd lot of radio iodine therapy ☹️

    Normally my weigh in day is Fridays but I've taken the radical move today to put away my scales until the end of my current 30 Day Shred (I'm currently on day 5). I've started getting into the bad habit of weighing myself everyday, and seeing the scales go up and down is just depressing. I put on a pound today after eating well and shredding the last couple of days, and even though I know it's probably just because I'm on it's really got me down. I know if I carry on eating sensibly and shredding I will lose weight, so I'm going to try and stop focusing on the numbers for now.

    Had a letter today from my GP to say that he wants to see me RE: results so things not looking good. I had the treatment in October but may have to have a repeat session if my levels have gone back up.

    I'm changing my weigh in day to Friday and I've stayed the same (which is half pound on from my original start weight ☹️)

    My weigh in day is normally a Thursday, but I completely forgot to hop on the scales yesterday in my mad dash to get to work!

    Weighed in this morning instead and have gained 3lb. I've been completely off the wagon this week (drinking and eating), and think AF will be making an appearance soon so I think that will account for some of it.

    Planning to go for some very long walks at the weekend as I've not done any exercise for a while. I also won't be buying any wine! ?

    Jojo, I've just noticed what you have put in as your starting weight, I'm not impressed!! Change it back to curvy please missy. Or if you don't you'd better change me to fat too as I know I'm bigger than you!!!

    Me too lovely. 18 months ago I was 4 stone lighter! It's just awful. But beating yourself up won't help, it will just make you feel worse.

    Jojo, that sounds amazing; Ant loves lasagne, though I'm not sure I want to put all that effort into a lasagne, as I'm not usually a huge fan.

    I weigh in on Mondays, and this week I was up 300g to 75.1kg Smiley sad No idea why, as I even started exercising last week, which I hadn't been doing previously. I've now downloaded and started a 5k running app for my phone called 'Zombies, run!', so hopefully I'll be able to stick with that and get some cardio to get me back to losing the weight.

    Week 8 weigh in, lost 2lb of the 3lb I put on last week. Am pleased, as its still in the right direction, but I feel like I've been really good this week so should have lost more.

    Gonna keep it up this week, and hopefully see a bigger loss next week!

    So last week I lost 2.5lbs which took me to my stone ?.

    You can't compare yourself to anyone else, Jojo! Everyone loses weight at different rates, and what's easy for someone to lose can be so hard so others. I'm so happy for your loss, too. I'll be weighing in on Monday again and hoping for a loss (even though I was up a lb this morning and had the food tasting this evening!).
