I don't know why but I think I've posted before but it's not here? Anyway congratulations and welcome to Hitched! As a fellow diver I strongly approve of the proposal style!! Did you take off your regulators to kiss? ? Also I'd have probably cried into my mask... hazardous rofl!

We booked our venue and registrar pretty much straight away. We also know what Florist we are using but don't need to see them until the end of the year or this summer at the very least. We've opted for "country" in season style flowers in jam jars and odd glass vases sticking with a vintage seaside theme being that we may be able to have our drinks reception on the beach too (hugely excited about that, I just hope we get the weather!!).

OH has decided suits will be hired from Moss Bros. I've also got an idea on what the bridesmaid dresses will be like and they seem to like my suggestion and are happy to go and try on in the not too very distant future.

I tried on 4 dresses at a wedding fair last weekend. TBH i found it a little overwhelming (fun also), I was a little bit disappointed that I didn't get the WOW factor but I think it's still early days yet.

Lol Yes we did manage a kiss under the water we were only at about 12 meters and had 18 other divers with us most of which are rescue divers (bonus) as it could've gone "Pete tong"...lol I found it hard to cry under water as I think I was in more of a state of shock however I had a little cry when I was on my own the following day. We were out on a boat in the middle of the red sea. I couldn't sleep so sat and watched the sunrise on the top deck in tears...lol Happy tears of course! xxxxx

What venue did you decide on?

That sounds RIDICULOUSLY perfect I think my heart just melted! I keep hinting for my other half to propose and I'm intrigued as to how he will go about doing it, but we are currently saving for a home so I doubt it'll happen anytime soon!

You're so lucky! Vintage Seaside Theme is also amazing! I shot one in Spain and it's just beautiful!
I'd say when it goes for dress shopping, (especially your first, from experience of a Bridesmaid) try to take LESS girls the first few trips. It can be overwhelming and filled with different opinions entirely! Take your besties, who you know will be honest, and will also cry where you look so gorgeous! Then take more when you have found "the one" or narrowed it down xx It's a complete out of this world experience and you will want to have it as calm and enjoyable as you can :-)

We've booked 'The Gallivant Hotel' in Camber sands, East Sussex. We're having 80 for the day and and additional 70 for the evening. Hopefully weather permitting drinks reception over on the sand dunes. Excited.....Much! Hee hee. xx
