PG, I too have been planning for 18 mths, but as we are going abroad i feel there is not as much for me to do as its pretty much all taken care of. I find myself getting so excited and then on a big downer as i realise i still have so long!! I do have my dress picked, ordered it in Feb this year. It is Alfred Angelo 1797... Maybe not everyones cup of tea but i like it

I'm getting married in Greece, and finding it really hard to hand it all over to a planner and not do anything!! xx

Hiya I'm quite new too. I'm getting married on the 6th June 09 and we are going on honeymoon to Protaras on the 7th!? We are staying at Tsokkos Gardens.

PG, YES thats my dress, but instead of the wine colour i am having champagne/light gold. i have also got my bm and moh dresses in gold... h2b, best man and my son are all then having gold waistcoats with cream shirts!

Bec84, i know, it is hard... especially when i read of so many of you on here arranging flowers, cars, togs etc and i havent got to worry about them (trtying hard to think why that is a bad thing lol)

Amandab2b, Great name by the way lol, you will be in cyprus when i get married, have you been before?? more than welcome to the evening do lol!!! Tsokkos is just down from us i think aswell!!!

Can anyone point me in the direction of photobox so i can set up an album to try and show off my pics please??

Hi we have never neen to Cyprus before but have heard it's lovely.

It is absolutly stunning there, perfect for a honeymoon!!! We have been twice, my motherin law moved out there 7 years ago so we get inside info on sorting things out over there... very handy when haggling lol

LOVE the dress - that was the one I wanted until I tried it on and it didn't suit me ☹️ In the end my dress was perfect. Bet you look amazing in it - do you have any pics of you wearing your dress?

Frosty penguin.. Thanks. It is a stunning dress, i was going to go with the very similar one that has the colour all the way down the back of the train, but not very practicalfor a 4 ft train in 40degree heat ?, so opted for the shorter train..
