When you say sleeves, do you mean long, or capped?

This is the dress my sister/CBM is wearing, (in this colour) dont know what your budget is but this was slightly more than I wanted to pay but it looks amazing, we are going to look for a scarf to match or even ask the bridal shop if they have something just to cover her arms if she gets cold. We had a look in Debenhams and Dingles and they had some lovely dresses but my sister is very fussy and I wanted her to feel comfortable on the day and didnt have the heart to dress her in something that I liked but she hated, I have had that done to me, lol

Most of the bridal ranges have a brown. Check out Alfred Angelo and Dessy. My dresses were from AA and were beautiful. The AA website will let you view the dress you like in all 55 colours. Imagine Dessy website will do something similar.

My daughter had these made for her bridesmaids. If they look like they might fit your bridesmaids you are welcome to them for a few pence!! Maybe you could have some bolero type jackets made to go with them. Chances are the sizes will not be right.
