One of my friends had her reception at Hadley Park House near Telford earlier this year and it was a fab venue. She had a church wedding, but they do have a licence for civil ceremonies. Food was great too - is worth a look https://www.hadleypark.co.uk/weddings.html.

From you're suggestions, we've totally fallen in love with the barn venues. Seems most of these are in Staffordshire.

We love the Oak Farm and Packington Moor!
