night before the wedding?

I plan on having a takeaway with my parents and possibly my sister and her family, as I'm staying over at Mum and Dad's x

The night before we are staying at the hotel (venue). During the day we will be sorting out last minute things and taking everything to the hotel. Then we have booked a table for us all to have a meal. Me, my H2B, my mum, dad and best man will all be there the night before.

Me and H2b are allowed to see each other up until midnight and then that is it. My mum is superstitious and so say that we have to stick to this!!! Bless her!!

So I will be stopping in a room on my own, which will be adjoining to my mum and dad. We will then use both rooms in the morning for me, my parents and the bridesmaids to get ready in.

My h2b and best man will be stopping in a room together and using that for them the next day to get ready.

I went for a lovely meal with my family and h2b was at a hotel with his friends and family. we never seen each other from about 2pm on the fri.

then went home to my parents house and mum ran me a big bubbly bath with loads of candles and my wee brother made me a cd to listen to that chilled me right out. (with a little help from a few galsses of vino!)

you must be soo excited! it really is the best day ever!

We're getting married abroad, so might be slightly different for us, but I'm hoping....

We'll arrive on the island at about 12 for check in at our hotel/venue.

Meet for the 1st time (!!!!) with the wedding team to go through all the bits and pieces

Then I'm hoping that OH's best mate wife and I will share our honeymoon suite while the boys share their room. I might be miles from home, but I still don't want to spend the night before with OH

Well most of OHs family are travelling is so I am hoping we all meet for brunch at my moms for 11am, then have the church rehersal in the afternoon followed by setting up the venue and lastly a few drinks in the pub next door to the hotel OH and his family are staying in - but having an early night so that we are ready for the nexxt day.

Hubby left the house at 2pm to go to his hotel and me and my cbm picked up our dresses from my mums and then we went to the wedding reception venue with my two best pals and we decorated the function room and did the tables, then we had a chinese - bad move at 10pm!! and then i went 'arrrrgggghhhh' a lot before going to bed. I didnt sleep a wink!

I'm staying at my Mum and Dads the night before the wedding with my step-daughter and my CBM. My OH is staying at the hotel where we're getting married (not sure who, if anyone is staying with him) The day before the wedding my and my BM's are going for a pamper day, massage, manicure, pedicure etc. Then in the evening the plan is to go out for a meal with my Mum, BM's and some girlfriends, whilst the boys (including my Dad) go for drinks in the hotel bar!! I probably won't see OH from about 5pm the night before the wedding until I walk down the aisle at 1.30pm x

I'm getting married on saturday too - yay!!!!!!

I'm staying at my parents on Friday night. Me, mum, dad, bridesmaids (who are also staying at my parents) are walking to their local pub for a meal/drink in the evening.

H2B is staying at our flat with his brother (best man) and my brother (usher). They are going out for pizza with H2Bs sister and husband and other two brothers.

I haven't decided if i'm staying at the hotel the night before the wedding yet but either way OH will be staying at his Best Persons house and come up with her and her OH a couple of hours before the wedding for their pre-shots with the tog and probably a few drinks to calm the nerves.

Im at home and my 3 adult bridemaids are staying so were gunna have a second hen night with lots of champers, Pampers and pink stuff lol

I plan to say goodbye to my OH at lunch time after a lovely lunch. And then spend time with my family and some family that have come from Australia, also with my bridesmaids too. Probably we'll have a take away or something

I will be staying at home with my parents, brother and cousin (ushers), Chief BM, and probably have a take out and DVD night ? H2B is staying at his parents with his Bestman and Best 'little' man (nephew) x

Don't panic! I decided at about 8pm on the evening what I was doing! ?

I was staying at a hotel and D was staying at his Dad's. We'd not seen eachother since Thursday evening.

On the Friday from about 5.00pm guests were starting to arrive so we all sat in the bar meeitng up, havinga few drinks and chatting. One by one people started to drift off for food, D had called one of the bestmen and all the men arranged to meet him for a drink at 9.00pm. By this time there was only me and one of my bridesmaids left in the bar and we were waiting for the other bridesmaid to put her baby to bed. AT 10.00pm we went for a meal across the road but it ended up just the 2 of us. Was a really fun night.

Turns out we were the first back and first to bed! ?

Traditionally I believe you should spend at least the latter part of the day apart.

I had the house, with my mum, sister and bridesmaids round. We got in a Thai takeaway and actually worked on putting the last few decorations together.

He went golfing! and then stayed at the bestmans house.

Im going to stay at my venue the night before with my bridesmaids and prob not see H2B from fri am. i wanted my getting ready pictures to be somewhere different to my house incase it wasnt tidy lol

I'm getting married abroad so we'll spend the day as usual by the pool then we'll go out for a meal with everyone at night then go our separate ways. He's sharing a room with his usher and i'll have my 4 year old niece in with me. We'll have a bath, do our nails and have an early night. She's good at giving cuddles and when i'm up at silly o'clock - I will be for sure! - I can get her up and we can play dolls or something!
